Black Lion Developments own Grove Hill Park which is a select development of thirteen detached bungalows providing a range of three and four bedroom accommodation. Set in the idyllic rural location of CrossHands, with excellent access to local amenities including a large retail park, post office, pub and local primary school, all within easy walking distance. Gorslas also offers easy access to both the Towy Valley and Brecon Beacons National Park.
A web site was needed to promote the site and show the build quality of the completed houses as well as showing the remaining available plots. Pach took photographs of the properties and built the site around these.
